1. Introduction:
Carter Lauren Construction Ltd., is fully committed to health and safety, and to providing the professional management of safety on all the company’s projects.
To this end the company has both internal and external health and safety advisers.
The company’s objective is to complete all projects, in which we are involved, with due regard to the health , safety, and welfare of all personnel involved, the safety of all visitors, and without inconvenience, hazard or danger to the public.
2. Health & Safety Advisers:
The company has a Health and Safety Manager whose role is to co-ordinate the health and safety requirements of the company on all of our sites.
Qualifications:
NEBOSH ‘National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health’.
NVQ level 4 in Occupational Health & Safety.
Chartered Member of The Institute of Occupational Safety & Health.

We also employ the services of a Health and Safety Consultancy, The Building Safety Group. This consultancy provides the professional safety advice and guidance we require, with regular site safety inspections, help and advice and guidance when required. They also run various safety courses which our employees attend from time to time.
